Drs. Robert Fitzgerald and Thomas Marcotte recently published an article in Clinical Chemistry on cannabis and driving. They demonstrated that there was no correlation between THC concentrations in biofluids and driving performance. The study also examined the impact of adding toxicology results to field sobriety test evaluations as a way of improving the accuracy of driving under the influence determinations.
